GEORGE WARTAN, ASA
President and Managing Director
George Wartan is the President and Managing Director of Rivem Consulting. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with extensive experience leading complex valuation practices at Vantage Point Advisors and BDO Consulting, where he co-led the firm’s complex capital structures and securities valuation group. George has deep expertise valuing derivative instruments, equity-based compensation, contingent consideration, and other complex financial instruments, employing advanced option-pricing and simulation methodologies.
